Quotes and service agreements
Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement or obligate either party. Services begin only after Copia Property Services, LLC and the customer agree in writing to the scope of work, price, schedule, access requirements and applicable service terms. Website descriptions and preliminary estimates may be revised after clarification or a property walkthrough.
Scope of services
Services are limited to the written scope approved before work begins. Additional work requires approval and may result in additional charges. Copia may decline, postpone or stop work when conditions are unsafe, hazardous, undisclosed, inaccessible or outside the company’s current services or insurance coverage.
Customer-provided information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information and for disclosing known hazards, fragile or high-value items, restricted areas, pets, alarms and special access conditions before service begins.
Results and property conditions
Copia strives for excellent results. Outcomes may vary based on the property’s condition, materials, maintenance history and the agreed scope. Specific results are not guaranteed unless expressly included in a written service agreement.
Insurance
Copia Property Services, LLC is insured. A current Certificate of Insurance is available upon request. Any certificate is informational and does not change the coverage, terms or exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.
Website information
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but content may change and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Copia is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Ownership and acceptable use
The Copia name, logo, website design and original content belong to Copia Property Services, LLC or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal or business-evaluation purposes, but may not copy, misrepresent, disrupt or misuse it.
Oregon law
These website terms are governed by Oregon law. Job-specific rights and responsibilities will be stated in the applicable written service agreement.
